      Great culture but pay is very performance based

      Pros

      Uncapped commission, lots of women that work here, diversity forward company, and lots of promotion from within.

      Cons

      Stressful, performance heavy job. If you don’t likes sales, this is not the job for you but if sales is your passion, Addison Group is the place for you.

      A good place of work, that could be much better.

      Pros

      1) Ability to grow from within and be promoted 2) Very lenient work hours (hybrid remote) 3) Admins at same level are kind. 4) Great Work life balance!

      Cons

      1) Toxic and unhealthy work environment at times. 2) Branch Managers at my location specifically can be cliquey and show favoritism. 3) Small office, so it’s easy to feel isolated and like an outcast if you’re not within the friend group of those that work here.

      An enjoyable office to work in

      Pros

      On multiple occasions, management has supported my career and given me many opportunities to grow. I feel I am on a team where everyone wants to see each other succeed. It's easy to talk about your ideas and I think you can take the industry in any positive direction you want within reason

      I honestly don't have any complaints at the moment
