Pros

-upper management truly cares about your success -family feel -everyone is really down to earth -easy to get to -they understand people are most important due to the industry -My manager that originally hired me fully supported me when I mentioned I wanted to leave her team to get into sales and assisted me in getting in contact and obtaining a position within the sales team here -I had a medical emergency that had me in the hospital for a week. I was incredibly stressed about losing this job and/or falling behind and my manager assured me to take as much time as I needed and my whole team came together to handle the tasks that I needed done during that period. I didn't have to worry about a thing

Cons

-I honestly do not have any complaints from my time here at Addison and plan on staying for the forseeable future

Pros

Great culture with supportive teammates and resources that span the US.

Cons

There is truly no cons for working at Addison Group. The only hard part about this job and the recruiting industry is just that we deal with people that are ever changing and we can never predict what each day will hold.

Pros

Built some great relationships in the office. Thought it would be a great opportunity to grow.

Cons

The President of the division would barely say "hi" when he would come to office. Other Presidents would spend time with teams, take them to lunch or dinner, and talk with them. Our President didn't care that we were people and would just say "I don't want to take you away from your desk" like he was doing US a favor by not doing team building stuff. He wouldn't even bring lunch in for the team. We also had to do monthly calls on camera where he wouldn't even mention one of the divisions he led at all. An entire division. It was weird.
