Pros

Autonomy to drive your business. Resources allotted to your needs. Unlimited cap potential.

Cons

As a company focused on excessive growth, much is done through M&A. With that there is always challenges integrating, however Corporate does am overall nice job of vetting who they are purchasing.

Addison Group genuinely appreciates the hard work of all employees and values their feedback and advice. As the organization continues to grow, we sincerely hope to be able to provide more opportunities for individual career growth through acquisitions of companies that reflect the same ethics and values Addison Group lives by. We recognize the challenges of integrating a new company and take steps to make it as seamless as possible.

Pros

In such a competitive field, it's nice to have a collaborative environment where your peers help each other win. Still being a privately held company, there's more flexibility to run your business and be able to take good care of our client employers and client candidates, rather than just "putting numbers up on the board!" This is an organization that prioritizes with people first, process second. Great office environment with all of the resources. Positive and fun culture. This is still a rapidly growing company with a lot of career growth opportunities and room for internal promotion across the country. The executive leadership team is always available and completely supportive, rather than sitting in their corporate office, demanding results and barking orders.

Cons

Being a 20 year old company, but only five years in Denver, we don't yet have the same brand recognition as in other cities. However, that is changing fast!!
