Pros
Good training, opportunity to make good commissions, culture can be good at times, good contests with incentives, most of the people were pretty nice.
Cons
Health insurance is sky high! Sometimes the happy hours and pressure to participate can be over the top. If your young, this is probably not much of a problem, but if you are older with a family, it might be taxing. For a sales type of role, it was the only place that I have worked that required you be in by a certain time and stay to a certain time.
