      Benefits are great, specifically time off and health insurance. Coworkers are great individuals.

      Often times, management is too slow to take action to improve inefficiencies.

      Amazing Work Life Balance Encouragement to use all your compensation, including PTO Pay above market value Healthy Work environment Very involved (but not micromanaging) upper management Has DEI, which for me is imperative

      Pushing for more back in office, which is great for teambuilding but can cause issues with finances for daycare or other things

      Great Collaboration

      Pros

      Working under my boss has been the best professional experience of my career. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping others grow. I’ve learned a lot through their mentorship, and we’ve partnered on several high-impact projects which have given our recruiters and BDMs deeper market insight which has helped them stay informed. I’ve had the chance to work closely with the marketing and creative teams as well, and they’re all exceptional people. Very easy to work with, truly open to listening to your input, and focused on producing great work.

      Cons

      Communication could be more timely. Remote flexibility has also been changing to be more in line with the market.
