Pros

-Addison Group is a good place to start your career. You have the potential to learn a lot. Most people in the office are friendly and chat throughout the day with their coworkers. -Hybrid

Cons

I am very disappointed at how the manager communicates to their employees. There is a lack of communication from the manager's side when an issue needs to be addressed. Issues that should have been vocalized were met with passive aggressiveness. There was no proper training in department and they expect you to know everything within a few months of working there. Team worked after hours. No appreciation for work-life balance. Coworkers talk down on other coworkers. Be aware if you feel that you do not mesh well with coworkers/management. They can terminate you without any prior notice/warning if they feel you are not where they want you to be.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re glad this was a good place for you to start your career, we’re concerned to hear about the issues you experienced. As a company focused on the employee experience, we value feedback like yours. Continuously improving our business and culture has always been a staple of our journey. In a corporate environment, it’s important to have consistent schedules so we can work with our clients, but we do offer our employees flexibility when it comes to taking time off and ensuring they have a good work/life balance. To help create a consistent experience across the board, we also offer our leaders training opportunities that focus on teamwork and support. If you’re comfortable sharing more details we encourage you to reach out to us at communications@addisongroup.com.

Pros

This company invests in its employees by providing training and creating leadership opportunities. Close-knit feel on the teams (at least in my experience) while still operating in corporate setting. Great incentive structure.

Cons

I look back on my time with this company fondly, I don’t have any negative experiences to report. However, staffing is a fast paced beast and if you don’t have the “sales gene” you will likely hate it.
