Everyone was very hands on, offered in depth help, and it was very helpful to shadow

Cons

Some of the training videos were very long (over an hour) and I did not find them to be very engaging

The team here makes it so easy to win, the Account Managers and BD managers work with great clients who give feedback quickly and move instead of sitting on candidates. Onboarding was great, everyone is here to help with any questions I have

Cons

No major cons, staffing is staffing and has it's ups and downs but coming from 2 other staffing companies Addison Group has been the easiest to get placements and wins
