Pros

- Leadership is accessible at anytime for questions, advice, and strategy - Good base salary, and the commissions are great - Great coworkers who you can laugh with and are supportive of one another - Leadership is open to new ideas!

Cons

- You have to live in Chicago for advancement to other positions besides staffing. Company growth is not very feasible. - staffing is hard, but if you stick with it through the rough times and stay consistent, you WILL see success. - takes a while to ramp up to solid commission, but they have a process in place to support you during that.

Pros

Leadership is genuinely invested in employee success. Feedback is gathered through employee questionnaires, typically sent out quarterly, and follow-up meetings are held to talk through what’s working and where there’s room for improvement. It’s clear there’s an effort to listen and respond to employee input. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is my manager. He’s a strong leader who cares about the team’s success and takes the time to support each person individually. He doesn’t micromanage—he trusts us to do our jobs—but he’s always there to help when needed. There’s definitely opportunity to be successful here, no matter where you sit in the company. On the production side, your results are directly tied to the effort you put in. It’s not a role where you can coast—you need to be motivated and care about your performance. It’s a challenging job, but if you stay consistent and put in the work, the success will follow. Some see the success on the BDM side within 6 months and for others it takes 2 years - it is very different for everyone dependent on the market.

Cons

The first 6–12 months on the producing/BDM side can be tough. It’s definitely more of a long game. Those who stick with it through the early challenges are often the ones who go on to find the most success. In the beginning, it can feel like a bit of a grind without immediate payoff, but with consistency, the results do come—just like with most sales roles. This isn’t a negative reflection on the company itself but more of a reality of the industry. Staffing can be really challenging. There are some tough moments and low points, but they’re often followed by great wins and high highs. It takes resilience, but for the right person, it’s a very rewarding path.
