Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. Our #1 goal is to ensure a quality employee experience and we’re disappointed to hear your work/life balance and culture environment was not a pleasant one. Addison has worked hard over the last 20+ years to build and grow a very successful team, business, and brand in the market. Continuously improving our business and culture has always been a staple of that journey. We continue to identify new areas of opportunity where we can strategize and improve the way we work together to create a culture that develops high potential employees and an environment that is accepting and welcoming of everyone. If you would like to tell us more about your experience, please do not hesitate to reach out to communications@addisongroup.com.

Nothing but drama

Pros

Met some good co-workers If you like drama then you’ll like Addison Group

Cons

Training is a bunch of outdated videos Outdated systems/software that don’t talk to each other, still using paper processes No diversity at all, no matter how hard I tried to hire minorities, leadership turned them all down No loyalty, lots of drama. Leadership is cut throat and will step over colleagues to make themselves look good Very high turn-over, even for the staffing industry No work-life balance or ability to work from home Recruiters are on a draw, which none of the good agencies use that payment method anymore They separate every discipline to its own vertical and then again by perm or temp, so you can’t cross-sell anything and don’t get paid on a ton of business opportunities. It discourages teamwork and ends up creating negative internal competition
