Pros

**You can be hired as a recent grad with no experience and be taught recruiting from the ground up. **You will get to specialize in a specific skill set - IT, Accounting, Healthcare, etc. - to become an expert within the industry. **There is room for growth and opportunities to relocate to other offices. **The people you work with here are what make it the best place to learn and come to work every day **Earning potential is linked to your effort and consistency and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates **Work life balance is good from day one and company continues to offer flexibility in time with proven / high performers **Tenure within the office brings a high level of experience and many to learn from

Cons

The recruiting industry can be a rollercoaster - it takes at least a year to get going for many (even if you are doing all the right things) - so you have to be willing to put in a lot of work on the front end to start seeing success in year 2 and on.

Pros

I've been working for Addison Group for over 3.5 years now and I cannot express enough gratitude that I have for my team and the support we have from the company as a whole. Although my team has seen some turn-over (normal to the industry) throughout the years we are still considered the most tenured of the Mid-Atlantic and I can say I'm proud to work along side my hard working team and in such a tough industry. Staffing isn't a walk in the park - you get what you put into it and it isn't for the individual looking to coast. If want to grind everyday and earn money while doing it. Come to AG.

Cons

Base salaries could be a little higher, but I think it's competitive with the market. Benefits could be better as well, but they again are pretty comparative to other agencies. Again, this isn't a 9-5 job if you're really looking to make some real money!
