-good work life balance -remote flexibility

Cons

-poor leadership and management (not willing to do anything about this even though people constantly complain about this) -horrible culture (unless you have been at the company for a while or have a senior title you will not be taken seriously) -salary is horrible. do not expect to get a raise after 2+ years being there -extremely disorganized -communication/processes constantly changing

The company and leadership are outstanding. Everyone is very supportive in terms of career goals and of employees personally. I have been able to find great work-life balance since starting this position. If you need help or have a question, the team is happy to help out.
