Pros

Fun people to work with, company outings, unlimited PTO, flexible work schedules.

Cons

Low base, no appreciation, managers do not know how to effectively manage people. Health insurance was not good. Micromanagement. They don't focus on quality, they focus on quantity. If you don't drink the Koolaid you will be fired or ousted from the group of the "in crowd". There are too many inappropriate relationships, people dating each other (associates dating managers), people taking elongated lunches or not returning from lunch at all. Very unprofessional, people yelling, laughing or cussing while you're on the phone with clients/candidates. It's no wonder this group was never taken seriously by other verticals.

Pros

Potential to earn a good amount of money, opportunity to meet new people

Cons

Very high stress, high pressure to hit certain numbers and you are monitored very closely if you don't, hours are long (8-5) and if you leave at 5 you're looked at funny, LOTS of drinking on the job and partying so if you don't drink or like to be around it often I would NOT recommend working here, some people date around the office and it just makes things awkward. You're on the phone all day everyday and every minute on the clock counts- which is plain exhausting. I lost a lot of sleep over this job and my anxiety skyrocketed. Overall you have to be VERY competitive and money motivated to do well here or you will be miserable.
