      Good people, colleagues, less transactional and more caring of their employees than Robert Half and other staffing firms

      Cons

      poor pay, less recognizable brand, not the greatest training and no vision. Another kpi cold call driven machine that can't accept that social is the wave

      Exceptional Opportunities at Addison

      Pros

      Three majors things I encounter in my role are an inclusive environment, meaningful work, and supportive leadership. All of these things really make me feel appreciated and continue to make Addison a great place to work

      Cons

      I am a competitive person and I think a lot of people within the company work hard and come up with new ideas for us to constantly support our team, clients, and candidates. The "Con" would be if you aren't willing to adapt to changes and are just wanting to go-with-the-flow you might encounter some clashing ideals
