      Lot's of people to learn from, nice office, lots of structure

      Cons

      Your experience will depend on your manager, old school ways of thinking, lots of distractions in the office make it hard to focus at times

      Pros

      I like my team and manager, manager is very flexible and is always there to help and coach. Training is good they will send you to headquarters for a week if you are a producer to learn and meet others in different offices. Metrics are fair and if you work hard are easily met.

      Cons

      Takes awhile to ramp up to commissions are not big for the first year or 2. Not a lot of diversity
