      fun culture, great people, room for growth

      Cons

      unlimited PTO is not actually encouraged to be used, strictly metrics driven versus results driven, no work life balance

      A good place of work, that could be much better.

      Pros

      1) Ability to grow from within and be promoted 2) Very lenient work hours (hybrid remote) 3) Admins at same level are kind. 4) Great Work life balance!

      Cons

      1) Toxic and unhealthy work environment at times. 2) Branch Managers at my location specifically can be cliquey and show favoritism. 3) Small office, so it’s easy to feel isolated and like an outcast if you’re not within the friend group of those that work here.
