Great Place to work

Pros

It's the best company to work for if you want to be in staffing long term. Competitive compensation plans, lots of room to grow and just enough process to keep everyone works towards goals but gives you a lot of freedom to accommodate your clients needs.

Cons

With a company growing as fast as AG there have been some growing pains. The management team seems aware of it and addressing the situation.

Pros

Corporate tried to implement a decent employee training program, they have a nice new office in Nashville and a few good people that are effectively trapped in the madhouse.

Cons

This company has some real issue in the Nashville office. The environment is so incredibly toxic that I have no idea where to begin. The dysfunction was rampant. The team was truly made up of some of the lowest level of intellect I have ever encountered in my adult life. If you do not clean house of management in the Nashville division, the office will hit a block wall due to turnover (I don't care if your overall trend is moving upward in spread). I hate it, and it's sad, but these people were truly some of the most spiteful, jealous and mean hearted individuals I have ever, and I hope I will ever, work with in a professional capacity. The amount of sex, drugs and alcohol that runs through that office is insane. I'm a pretty easy to get along with person and I enjoy having a good time but i'm worth more than being forced to play drinking games on a random Tuesday night. The issue is that in healthcare no one has any real friends outside of work and this weird sense of jealousy arrises if you refuse to go to every outing with them. It's borderline creepy. Avoid working for this company. Hold out for a position that gives you meaning and purpose and allows you to work with individuals that have at least a baseline acceptable level of morals and intelligence.

Pros

They will work very hard to find a job for you.

Cons

Not always honest about the jobs they submit you for, 90 day waiting period for benefits eligibility. If you give notice at a client, be sure to do it with the client rather than contacting them, they do not ship your property back to you.
