      Pros

      I recently was placed in a direct hire, full time position. Recruiters work on commission so they are determined to get you a job. I worked with Lauren Strzepek who was an absolute pleasure. She was always quick to follow up with me and I could tell she really cared about getting me a job. She also helped prepare me for each interview and gave me several options of places to work that had different roles and responsibilities. After each, we debriefed together and she was so kind and helpful. They also work in a variety of industries so there is something for people with various backgrounds. If you are smart, hard working, and passionate about your work this is a great agency to work with.

      Cons

      I can understand how some might think the interview prep and debrief is juvenile, but I really appreciated it. You can never be too prepared for an interview and I accept any feedback or tips with open arms. If you aren't a hard worker this probably isn't the place for you.

      It seems to be a very interesting positition. Good role description and clear requirements. Location is defined and company has a good rating

      Cons

      While trying to apply for the position, the system is requiring candidates to send social security number and date of birth (mandatory fields).
