We really appreciate the positive comments that you had to say about our company and our culture here at Addison. The work hard/play hard attitude is something that we pride ourselves on and have for a long time. Our management tries their best to give all our employees independence and autonomy, as long as they are meeting and/or exceeding the expectations their bosses have set for them. This allows for self-motivated employees who really excel in a work environment that is subjective to the individual. On the other hand, I'm surprised that you found your fellow employees to lack the skillsets that you thought were needed to achieve the proper success and cohesion at Addison Group. Keeping your comments in mind, we would like to point out that with all new hires, and especially ones who are young and lack formal experience, there is always a learning curve involved when they come to work for us. We are very proud of our training program and the skills that it teaches up and coming members of the team. The fact that we provide training opportunities to all employees truly is a point of differentiation for us.
