Here at Addison Group we try to build and encourage a positive workplace for every one of our employees. We were happy to see that some of your co-workers were great to work with but it is unfortunate that you had to work for a manager that you disliked so much. We appreciate your input on your work experience with us because pointing these types of things out helps build a better future for our company. We are currently doing our best through company surveys to ensure that our employees are satisfied with the workplace and their management. Hopefully this research can help draw attention to the “cons” you pointed out in your review and we can quickly eradicate them if it turns out other employees feel the same way. Everyone’s experience at work is unique and it sounds like yours wasn’t what you had hoped it would be.
