Pros

Money is great if you work 24/7 Since you have to work so much you won’t have a social life so you will save money

Cons

Hired so many people now letting go everyone after they said they wouldn’t need to let people go. Letting people go who are producing. Putting people on improvement plans with un achievable goals so they get fired Tries to cover up the culture with big parties Managers do not manage or are supportive

Pros

Addison Group is a great company to work for. One of the companies I've enjoyed the most in my professional career. Addison has given me the opportunity to learn new things and grow in depth professionally in ways that will shape my career going forward. The HR team that I work alongside is one of the best in the business--that really emphasizes the importance of people first centricity. You won't find a better HR team. The organization is working on some really meaningful stuff--changing lives by connecting clients and candidates to the right opportunities. As an organization, we take pride in our work while embracing a degree of lightheartedness. There is a people-first mentality within the organization that the leadership really does embrace. It's not just a standard slogan. I feel that Addison Group does really focus on making people their priority. It's not uncommon for "recharge days" or "long weekends" to be granted periodically throughout the year to recognize hard work put in and the need to recharge. There is a lot of career advancement opportunity within the organization. As long as you're putting in the work, your accomplishments are recognized verbally and through promotion opportunities.

Cons

The fast-paced environment might not be suited for everyone. Not a con for me, but if others are looking at Addison as a place to join, work is done at high speed to commit and deliver to our clients and candidates. Benefits/Perks/Culture: While the benefits with low deductibles are nice, I don't feel that our premiums are as competitive as they could be with what's offered in the market. From a culture perspective, it would be nice to have periodic time to slow down/connect with your colleagues in a non-work related fashion, in addition to the after hours summer/holiday parties.

Pros

The people are very supportive and fun. Promotion from within is a common occurrence for those who have proven themselves. Can earn a lot of money if you stay focused. Great environment for those who are competitive and like to win, but you don't feel it is overly competitive with your teammates because there is enough business/opportunity for everyone to be successful.

Cons

Can be a little overbearing with metrics at times.
