Leadership is genuinely invested in employee success. He doesn’t micromanage—he trusts us to do our jobs—but he’s always there to help when needed. There’s definitely opportunity to be successful here, no matter where you sit in the company. On the production side, your results are directly tied to the effort you put in. It’s not a role where you can coast—you need to be motivated and care about your performance. It’s a challenging job, but if you stay consistent and put in the work, the success will follow. Some see the success on the BDM side within 6 months and for others it takes 2 years - it is very different for everyone dependent on the market.
