      Great Learning Experience

      Pros

      excellent learning experience in staffing. admittedly is a sink or swim environment but teaches you how to advocate and fend for yourself.

      Cons

      Management wasn't the best or most uplifting. Instead of focusing on positives and bringing out the best, weekly meetings were extremely critical and high-stressed.
