Thank you for the positive feedback. It’s great to read that your professional development has stood out in your experience. We take pride in creating a workplace where people feel valued and set up for success. You’re absolutely right that recruiting is a fast-paced job, no matter the company. We understand that having the right support through that craziness can make a big difference. If you ever have ideas on how we can make the your day-to-day work even smoother, feel free to reach out at peoplefirst@addisongroup.com.

Pros

Leadership doesn't micromanage. They focus on the macro, not the micro. Teams are very willing to help each other out. Individuals are given the freedom to build their book of business how they want, within verticals and within reason

Cons

No major cons that should make someone think twice about joining Addison. Of the many horror stories you'll hear about different agencies, Addison doesn't have them, and has been a great place to work. Minor con: Some of the decisions made from corporate that directly affect individual regional offices could use more local collaboration and input. Thankfully these rarely impact day-to-day work, so you're still able to lean into the pros mentioned above with little to no disruption.

Pros

Great people and lighthearted atmosphere. As long as you put in the effort every day with a good attitude, management will always work with you. After being in the role for about 7 months, I could begin to see the kind of money you're able to make here at an early age (Great money!) Managers are usually okay with someone taking time off/leaving early/working remote if needed.

Cons

The first year/sales in general is a grind, but that was expected coming into the role - you have to be patient. Not a whole lot of cons, it takes a long time to earn a remote day. I feel they should grant 1/week to everyone after being with the company for a few months. There are metrics that need to be hit, which can be stressful. Again however, as long as you are showing effort, they will work with you.
