Addison Group has been my "home" for nearly 12 years! The upward mobility, career development and growth path has been endless with the support from Management that most people can only hope for throughout their career. I've had the pleasure of working with some of the best talent in the entire business. The support over the years just goes completely unmatched to any other organization across the industry! Not only is Addison Group a place to plant your feet with unlimited, uncapped commission potential but it's fun and the culture has stayed consistent over the the years. It's not just a place you call a job, you gain a work family and friendships for a lifetime!

Cons

Everywhere you go will have it's ups and downs, but generally here at Addison, the ball is in your court and it's up to you just how much you want to shine.

If you're looking for a company that offers outstanding training and mentorship, this is the place to be! Was hired out of college and was promoted after 6 months. Hard work TRULY pays off here - the more you put in, the more you will get out. You are in control of your own desk - meaning you can put in as little as you want with little reward, or hustle and receive an amazing compensation package. In my past few years at Addison Group, I've found the people who find the most success are the ones who are dedicated to making an impact and come in with a positive attitude on what should be done - the growth opportunities are endless. There is no cap on what can be achieved! Great and upbeat culture, offers a great balance of work / play. Like I said, you run your own desk, at your own pace - do what you want with that.

Cons

Need to be resilient in this role, definite highs and lows of recruiting (not just with Addison Group). Once you get to a point where you find consistency and can work through the hardships, you will receive outstanding reward - whether it's with commission, promotion, or fun team activities!
