Pros

-Great support from management -Lots of variety in the work I get to do, as well as clients I get to work on -Great benefits -Flexibility when I need to change my hours due to life emergencies -Flexibility to work remotely -Great bonus opportunities (overtime, new business, contract extension) -Good work is rewarded and complimented (gifts, raises, etc) -D&I programs

Cons

The only con I have experienced so far, after 2 years of working with DLC, are things that are beyond DLC's control. Sometimes client hours can get crazy and stressful, but the conditions are usually made clear when clients are pitched to me. So I am usually going in knowing that it will be challenging.

Pros

-It was a fun place to work. -I enjoyed my time working at Addison Group and learned a lot to become successful in my current role. -My manager and colleagues were amazing and the sense of team camaraderie was second to none. We looked after each other and ensured that our team was successful. -Drinking on the job and vendor events were fun -My manager's lack of micromanagement -Some work life balance

Cons

-One had to engage in office politics to get anything done (very weird scenarios too) -The cool startup culture died after the numerous acquisitions. This lead to AG becoming more of an old school 70s corporate vibe -Not paid at market level and the raises were questionable -Projects started without the proper training of the product -Being forced to go into the HQ office when the rest of 75% of employees were at home (during the pandemic as well) -Constant freakouts by the CIO

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We’re disappointed to hear that your personal experience went from having fun to feeling the culture was less than awesome. We always provide resources for employees to voice when they are feeling overwhelmed or concerned and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises. We continue to leave the door open for two-way communication, including our most recent anonymous companywide survey. We value all the feedback we receive including what you’ve provided here. Please reach out to peoplefirst@addisongroup.com to tells us more feedback about your time here and any suggestions you would like to see in the future!
