Pros

Not a single thing, they treat you like you never left middle school

Cons

- micromanaging - act like they are flexible but make you feel bad for taking time off or it’ll affect your commission. -better get used to manipulating innocent people into taking not good job opportunities and then fire them a week into jt.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We’re disappointed to hear you had a negative experience during your time with our company. We always provide resources for employees to voice concerns, and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises. We continue to leave the door open for two-way communication and we certainly read all the feedback we receive. This includes what you’ve provided here. Pros

The friendships I made there were great, albeit retrospectively kind of surface level but I did truly enjoy coming to work because I enjoyed most of the people there. In the nature of my role, there was always something to do... almost to a fault.

Cons

The culture was rough, if you don't fit in with that crowd. I navigated my way perfectly fine, but others had a worse time- it was not for everyone. Almost never was my opinion validated when it came to employee surveys- constantly asking for more from upper-level management and getting met with nothing is exhausting. Also, it was an entirely in-person schedule, which is not for everyone. You can feel the disconnect from the upper-level people in other offices when it comes to any office that isn't corporate. It was frustrating to have to communicate that way so frequently.

Pros

- Management that supports me and wants to see my continued success - Surrounded by some of the best people in the business - office culture is top-notch. - Incentivized for hard work.

Cons

- some processes come from management that are stuck in their ways, would love to see them embrace change and evolve with the times.
