Pros

Good people to work with, very competitive environment. You have the potential to move up but it is a lot of work

Cons

lot of work. Expected to make at least 50 calls every day for 250 a week, can get monotonous. When I worked there I noticed none of the potential candidates I submitted were ever submitted to the actual clients until I was let go. So I never even got to make commission. High turnover rate

Pros

The people were fun, work outtings were fun

Cons

Pay, hours, management, ownership issues over candidates, its everyone for themselves - its not a team. They say its like a family but I don't know many families that stab each other in the back for some extra commission. No diversity, everyone's is the same color. OH and once you hit your 3 year mark, (you'll see a lot of reviews from people a their 3 year mark) because they can you after 3 years. They replace everyone with recent college grads.

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive for the best experience for our employees and to create an environment of growth and empowerment. As a culture focused on integrity and entrepreneurial spirit, our recruiting teams have set goals to meet and achieve. By creating a collaborative environment, our teams work to help each individual succeed and meet personal goals so both the person and team is successful. We’re also very proud of the tenure we have at Addison with many employees reaching their 5 and 10 year anniversaries and beyond. Successful people are continuously promoted as we look toward our future. We understand there is always opportunity for us to improve and we have a number of diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts in motion to help us retain and grow a diverse workforce. We work directly with our employee task force for advice and support on new initiatives, and evaluate the current state to help guide future decisions regarding our culture and recruiting efforts.
