      Pros

      Great opportunities available to those who work their butts off and love competition. Many employees that have been there a long time will take time to mentor you and give you chances to grow.

      Cons

      Hard to feel supported beyond your immediate supervisors and team members. You’re constantly pitted against others and told that your only way to be successful is to possibly step on other people to get there.

      If you like being around people who will joyfully step on other people's necks unnecessarily to get where they're going, this is the place for you.
