Addison Group is a company made up of motivated and driven professionals striving to achieve goals together. The people are best in class in terms of being dedicated to the best client and candidate experiences as well as supporting each other.

Cons

Work effort and product are front and center for everyone at the company. The creates clear visibility at tall times. It drives a culture of greatness and is not the best for those who want to check boxes and phone it in at work.

I’ve had a great experience working here. The leadership team is supportive, accessible, and truly understands the staffing industry. They provide guidance and direction while still trusting you to own your desk and build your business. The culture is highly collaborative — despite the competitive nature of staffing, the team shares leads, advice, and best practices. What I appreciate most is the autonomy. You’re empowered to run your desk like your own small business — managing client relationships, candidate partnerships, and strategy — while having the backing of a strong brand and leadership team. For someone who is driven, it’s an environment where you can really grow and succeed.
