Pros

Beautiful office (OKC), fun atmosphere, lots of events and outings

Cons

They have a very low base salary compared to other staffing firms, there is an excessive amount of drinking at the company in general (to the point that if you don't drink, you don't fit in), 95% of employees are young, fairly attractive and white.

Addison Group's base salaries range from office to office based on cost of living. While staffing is a commissions-based industry, Addison Group provides a competitive salary/benefits package. After doing extensive evaluation of our packages in comparison to other employers in our industry, we find that our compensation and benefits are fair. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not make hiring decisions based on an individual’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristics protected by law. Ultimately, we are sorry that you feel Addison was not a good fit for you, and we wish you the best in your career.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We do offer fringe benefits such as gym membership, mobile phone and car rental discounts and are currently creating a process to better communicate these extra perks to employees. You can always reach out to our benefits team if you would like more specific detail on these benefits.

Pros

- I was able to pay my bills because I had a job - Working at this company, you feel like you've hit rock bottom so you know you're only going up from there

Cons

- It was like management competed to see who could be the most immature and unprofessional - The pay is much lower than what our competitors offered their recruiters - You will be expected to work evenings and weekends because the most important thing is putting money in your managements pocket - Management will expect you to be subserviant and noncombative for if your opinion clashes with theirs and you so dare to voice it, be prepared for them to pull you into a room and threaten your job. - There will be gossip groups and cliques but if you're an actual adult and choose to refrain from immersing yourself in either of those, you won't be valued. (management also has their favorites and supports only those they deem worthy enough for them) - You will be trained not to be honest with people and expected to lie to your candidates if it means making the company some money.
