Pros

There were a lot of pros but the main one that stuck out to me is that they care about their employees. I felt genuinely valued throughout my time there. Their salary was 100% in line with cost of living in the city I am located in, and the commission structure is pretty solid compared to other staffing agencies. Management is there to support you and genuinely want to see you succeed.

Cons

PTO in your first year is garbage, the health insurance could be better. There is a small lack of work life balance. There was at least 1 instance where my boss called me on a Saturday, but it is a sales job so that is to be expected.

Pros

- great office culture - great training programs - managers want to see you succeed and make deals, they push you to be the best

Cons

- commission structure could be a little better and updated - it stinks when you have to rely on recruiters to make the BDM money
