Pros

--Run your own book of business -- Excellent Work/Life Balance (There will be nights when you are there until 6:30-7:00 PM when a fresh job opening comes through or when things are rough for the team) --Great Team Culture --Management for F&A Contract listens to your concerns --IT team is extremely helpful and straight forward in regards to solving issues

Cons

--Fun culture is a bit extreme (A lot of younger, fresh college grads work in this particular office so there's no true balance in regards to how corporate america actually acts within the office space) --Upper Management (No shot in hell that the Base Salary in Charlotte, NC should be the same as Boston, MA) -- Red Tape (BDM's being taken for a ride by clients in terms of fees and delays in pay out on long term deals...also a lot of "just received a new job, drop everything and dedicate your whole day to it," only to have the client go dark and or have them hire internally

Pros

-You can control your compensation based on how hard you work. -Management actually cares about you as a person. You are not just a number. Even upper management at HQ is very easy to get in touch with! -There are a lot of fun incentives that keep you motivated and moving in the right direction -You will be invested in as long as your effort is at 100%

Cons

-The job requires you to be competitive and have thick skin so as long as you are fine with that then there really aren't cons.

Pros

If you're a pretentious sheep, you're good.

Cons

Yuppie/frat culture. Protracted, long interview process. Low compensation. Bad upper level management. Super saturated market.

Addison Group Response

One of the things that employees tend to enjoy the most at Addison Group is the ability to run their own books of business. Our management team provides resources to employees who are then able to go out and put those tools to use. In addition, Addison Group achieves the vast majority of its growth organically, promoting employees to open new offices/lines of business regularly. Addison Group's base salaries range from office to office based on cost of living. While staffing is a commissions-based industry, Addison Group provides a competitive salary/benefits package. We regret that you had a negative experience with Addison Group. We value an open door policy and transparent communication at our organization and are always looking for ways to improve, so we appreciate your feedback.
