Pros

Good team lead. Good way to break into the recruiting industry. Taught us well and had frequent check-ins.

Cons

Had many "cliques" that some could deem toxic as far as the culture. Pay was low to begin with, but when it made sense to get on a commission structure, you could.

Pros

Really amazing people, especially in the Finance and Accounting division in San Francisco. Inclusive work environment that allows you to work independently, create your own schedule and cadence, and has helped me grow into a strong recruiter.

Cons

Comp is decent, but raises are hard to come by and the best way to make significant increases in overall pay are through commission. The SF office had a great culture when I first started, but since we officially joined Addison (previously CVPartners) it has felt much more corporate and bland unfortunately.
