      Have remote options for internal recruiters.

      Cons

      No career advancement, and terrible culture. As an Internal Recruiter you really need to believe in your brand but when you are treated terrible it becomes very hard to sell the employer.

      Horrible experience

      Sometimes you got to play cornhole in the office

      Cons

      Agencies are generally the worst, but this one is probably bottom of the barrel. Frat culture through and through, low base pay and commission structure but work you to the bone for peanuts, creepy and inappropriate drug-fueled leadership. Actual nightmare
