Great Job, Great Benefits, but Not Great Pay

Pros

The benefits are great. Health, vision, and dental insurance. A lot of PTO. They can be pretty flexible with scheduling as well.

Cons

The only downside is there is a lot of downtime and they don’t like you keeping yourself busy with personal things during that time. Also the pay should be higher.
