Pros
Initially, you will think that they are really concern about your career but they will make you sign some contract with very difficult verbiage & understanding which will make your life miserable. They will drag you to the court for the small amount of money. Soon you will realize that no one cares about you. They will never clarify any cluase from the contract untill you break it.
Cons
If you do something good to your career which will disturb their money flow then they will harass you for all legal things. I had very bad experience. All the good reviews are forcefully written not from the real employee but people from India marketing. They always make false promises. In the name of training, they try to hire you but the trainers are not aware of real industry standard. You will end up learn nothing but confuse your self. They also make proxy interviews which ends up the employee to be blacklisted. They put employees on the bench for a long time. Overall, if you dead broke from the job I would suggest this company as a last option. Don't stay with them.
