      Pros

      Placed me a project within a week, good marketing team and hiring team, Rahul provided very useful notes and tips and kept me updated throughout the hiring process.

      No cons in the company as such.

      Pros

      Initially, They are trasperant on Rate . They are nice behave untill you break contract.In reality They dont provide any benefits or allowance evethough it is lin contract.

      Cons

      If you try to change company and they don’t get money flow then they will harass you for all legal things. I had very bad experience. All the good reviews are forcefully written not from the real employee but people from India marketing. They always make false promises. In the name of training, they try to hire you but the trainers are not aware of real industry standard. They also make proxy documents and cheating government. They do not provide any benefits and allowances where they break contract. They fight for small amount of money . They do not increase your salary after working 2 years of time. Worst experience ever seen in my life. NO ONE SHOULD JOIN THIS COMPANY. THE COMPAMY MUST BE CLOSED SOON.

      We are a free will employer and you are free to change your employer as long as you don’t breach your employment contract that you signed with us. Of course you will be pursued legally if you breach your employment contract. All the rates are transparent and POs are shared with our employees who work on % basis. We pride ourselves in being transparent with our employees.
