I get to take care of a great client. Flexible hours. Not demanding. Great in house help don't have to call the other offices I can stay local

Cons

They don't always pay you properly, or at all. Hours aren't always the best. Don't know who to talk to about union issues.

For Office/Corporate: -Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short/Long term disability, 401K after 1 year with 6 percent Match, Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year, PTO, Accrued PTO since day 1, other benefits .. -Decent starting Pay - Yearly performance EVALUATION with raise potential 2-5 percent ( Decent?) -

Cons

-Unpaid Lunch -Give them an hour and Pay your employees for their 30 minutes -Scheduling software is 11 years old and outdated. Please invest in a new web-based scheduling & business software. It’s 2018, let go of that software you acquired in 2007- technology has changed drastically since then. -Weied policies with only allowing field employees to be a specific field title when they hold various certifications. - Why isn’t there a push for telephone- by 2019 it’s a federal mandate- Get a scheduling/online business software that allows you to do everything in one website.

Great place to work real care and conce Rn for employees and clients. Highly recommend employment there all my clients seemed vey happy check them out

Cons

While I was happy there, they had no benefits, when I was hurt took some time off, upon return I had one client with very few hours
