I love that the hours are very flexible. You pretty much build your hours around your availability.

Cons

One Downside is if you don’t work you won’t get paid no matter how long you’ve been with the company and the only other thing I can think of is a pay increase would be greatly appreciated.

They were pretty slow about starting work. But it may be different for others.
