I like working for Addus HealthCare , Supervisors are thoughtful and help employees when employees have questions are need support , also. its like working your own buisness .

Cons

Sometimes its hard to get in touch with a supervisor on the phone but they encourage you to email them but not all employees have access to a computer.

Pros

There are a few bright, well intended people in corporate leadership and there are many dedicated managers and line staff across the nation truly trying to make a difference in the lives of those Addus serves.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations with a strategic plan that seems to change every few weeks. Favoritism is rampant and the culture in the corporate office is very poor and even hostile at times. Months go by with key positions left vacant and others' workloads become unrealistic or important tasks just don't get completed. Limited room for advancement in the branches.
