      -Fair benefits and salary -Opportunities for bonus -Company provides good resources and mentors

      Cons

      -Company is more focused on bottom line than patient care -Company does not provide competitive benefits/salary for caregivers and lower level staff which make it difficult to recruit and retain quality workers

      Pros

      Addus provides the opportunity to pick my own hours to work, which in turn allows me to still be a full-time Mom!

      Cons

      A down side to working this type of job is that working w/ the elderly, you never know from day to day if they will be in the hospital or other facility for an undetermined length of time or even pass away suddenly. Not only is it a difficult thing to watch, it can be very bad for the paycheck.
