      Great Pivot! (11+ years with Girling who merged with Addus)

      Pros

      Things have gotten so much better from a business aspect since Girling merged with Addus. My favorite thing is the Daily Pay! It has helped me stay on track and made me more goal driven to stay on task with my schedule because it is an incentive for me.

      Flexible schedule if that's what you need.

      Cons

      Can't document time off it's just a phone call. My office is hard to reach management. Client called me off for the day after I was already there. Not only did the office did not offer me any compensation but also removed the 15 min I was there.
