Addus is a great company that has grown A LOT in the last 5 years. While every company experiences growing pains, I believe that the best days are ahead in the next 3-5 years. Love the fact that this company's mission ACTUALLY HELPS PEOPLE vs. just turning to turn a profit. On tough days, you can look back to the success stories of us changing people's lives. Company executives are very open and accessible for ideas and discussions. Company has begun to communicate more to the people about updates, intranet recently updated that should help with connecting more people

Overall, I have enjoyed my time with Addus. To work for a company that predominantly focuses on keeping senior citizens at home, it does make my job more meaningful. Other pros: - Position was transitioned to 100% remote. Awesome! - Hard work is recognized. - Leadership has made a lot of progress over the last few years with company culture. - Leadership is open to change. They are always looking for ways to make improvements.
