Pros

I can say that I actually miss my job (resigned due to military spouse relocation) and I did enjoy most of what I did. They did allow me to grow a bit outside of my role and there was some commitment to improving compliance.

Cons

Many of the office staff are discouraged or overwhelmed and can't keep up with the demands of clients and field staff. There isn't good team work and a few good workers end up pushed beyond their duties over and over to cover for the lack of appropriate staffing.

The clients. Most of them can be extremely nice.

Won’t pay you right Favoritism Unwelcome feeling in the office No support No ppe not even when covid19 started Expect you to do what work IF they need someone whenever they choose When your pay is wrong it’s always your fault
