I can set my own hrs. , all of my co-workers are willing to help each other out. My immediate supervisor's boss, Priscilla is very approachable and professional.

Cons

No benefits, pay does not match the qualifications they require. If we take a holiday off we have to figure out how to make it up.

Arcadia fits you with the client before making your assignment permanent to ensure you're a good match. You get to make your own work schedule. You help the clients in the comfort of their homes. Home Care Work is very rewarding. You not only get paid for what you do but the clients' gratitude is immeasurable. Arcadia Home Staffing offers very good benefits for its' employees.

Cons

You will have to lose an occasional workday with a client if they have doctor's appointments to go to. However, you can always notify Arcadia and ask if they have a fill-in job available.
