      Co-workers were nice and helpful.

      Cons

      The director was volatile on most days. Didn't seem to know their job and constantly putting blame on others. No dedication on the part of the director. Work load unmanageable. I would give this place a negative rating if I could. I honestly do not know why this place has not been shut down. My best advice to others is do NOT work here! If you do, then do yourself a huge favor and start job hunting the moment you sign your offer--you will thank yourself later.

      Pros

      I like the different people and it's not always the same routine over and over. I love hearing the war stories to love stories. Every person always has something to either give you advice or teaches you to see life from another perspective

      Cons

      On the other hand there are times when we have shorter days. Due to losing clients which has to do with some health issues or when you get to know them. it's kinda hard not to start getting attached.
