You will never be unemployed. They work with your personal needs and try to give a good work-life balance.

Cons

40h sick time, benefits is only an add on if you have already health insurance. You will not be paid for holidays unless you have 2000 h in the company and no pay if the company you are assigned gives off to their employees. Little growth opportunities.
