Pros

Adecco's pay rate is better than average, and the clientele is first rate. They are a temporary agency.

Cons

Vetting is intense, and time consuming. Often, the jobs are not due to start immediately and, you may have to wait for weeks, even months for an assignment to begin.

Pros

Adecco is great for military spouses because of the global reach and number of locations. The shorter tenured staff teams work ideally for frequent change.

Cons

Staff turnover is high on every level of employment and management. Compensation is less than competitive. Hours and expectations are unrealistic. All locations need additional support staff to manage locations effectively. The company boasts on training /growth opportunities and paid time off, but the staff is too minimal to capitalize on either.
