Cons

Boring. Supervisors don't care. Only job I ever walked out of. Walking out is a common occurrence. People are there for years as temp.

-Provides good training -Managers are often knowledgeable and supportive -Staff are well organized, friendly.

Cons

-Some departments use the open floor-plan model of worker organization. While this can be good for managers to check on workers, it can create a stressful and distracting environment for the representative. More cubicles!
