Pros
Adecco is an outsourcing company, responsible for providing the working "resource", as they call it, for other big companies in the region. Good discounts for various procedures and stores. Management and HR teams are very well organized and alway comply with the specific company's policy. Have senority bonus for long term employees and pay checks arrive always on time.
Cons
No medical insurance, no parking space for Adecco employees, pay grade is always lower than your non-Adecco colleagues. To much bindings on the contract and pay raise is not an option, only specific bonuses. In general it sucks to work as an Adecco employee for bigger companies, with better privileges.
